That’s why, we are building Immersa as a no-code, low-code data platform to unify product data with customer data to uncover actionable insights. You can now easily create automated data processes and recommend actions at an account or user level to your sales and CSM team that helps accelerate growth and expansion.
Today, we are pleased to introduce Connections to easily connect the data in your SaaS apps, data warehouse, and spreadsheets to Immersa with a simple point and click. Bring together data from two or more data sources into Immersa and identify accounts or users that are ideal for your sales or customer success team to reach out to.
Immersa currently supports the following Connections:
Hubspot - Import Contacts, Accounts, or any other custom objects into Immersa and enrich with product data
Google Sheets - Connect with Google Sheets to import product usage, finance, or CRM data. Immersa can also update Google Sheets after processing your data.
Amplitude - Import product usage event streams into Immersa, transform and map to Contacts and Accounts from your CRM system.
Salesforce - Import Contacts, Accounts, or any other custom objects into Immersa and enrich with product, marketing, or finance data.
Intercom - Easily bring customer engagement data from Intercom into Immersa and connect with product usage or CRM data
Redash - Connect Immersa with dozens of data sources to run queries and bring specific data into Immersa’s data platform. Rapidly build new reports and visualize data.
Pendo - Import product usage event streams into Immersa, transform and map to Contacts and Accounts from your CRM system
By connecting your product usage and CRM data with Immersa, enable your Sales reps and Customer Success teams to:
